So Carrefour has re-started, but we've run into a little glitch with Zaco. Thanks to a few too many accidents on Tuesday (the first day), he isn't considered completely toilet trained. Emmanuelle asked me this morning to leave him only until lunchtime until it gets sorted out. We'll each work on it at our ends, and see how it goes. So my freedom and by new schedule has been decidedly curtailed for a while. I wanted to cry when she told me (why do I take everything concerning my children SO personally?) but in the end it was a beautiful day and I had fun spending the afternoon alone with my son.
