Chloé and Clara's group at the Carrefour got to go apple and pumpkin picking today, and it was a family outing so Zachary and I got to go too... even Mike got the day off work for the occasion. It was an absolutely gorgeous (even hot) day, at least 27 degrees and sunny. We all had a great time, and came home with 20 lbs of apples (Lobo and MacIntosh), 2 pumpkins and 2 gourds. So what are we going to do with all those apples? Eat them, of course, but if you have any favorite recipes, feel free to post them in the comments!
